Tournament Inclement Weather Policy:  Each coach will have to sign off on the following policy statement. 

"I understand that there is a possibility of inclement weather and such weather may result in

the abbreviation or cancellation of our tournament games.  In the event this occurs, no refunds will be given."

 
 

Team Selection Policy:  Each coach will have to sign off on the following policy statement. 

"I understand that the tournament reserves the right to accept or reject any team at is discretion.  Applications are

not considered on a first come basis.  If my team is not accepted into the tournament then I will receive a refund in full.  Cashing of the check

by the tournament submitted with application DOES NOT indicate acceptance."
